A: About 7 days for stock products, around 20 days for half-container products, and 30 days for 20ft full-container products.
Q: What is your warranty time for Lithium batteries?
A: 60 months for over 100Ah, 24 months for small batteries below 33Ah, and 36 months for 33Ah-100Ah.
Q: Are you a battery manufacturer, and do you produce the cells?
A: Yes, we are a professional battery manufacturer. We source high-quality cells from leading suppliers like BYD, EVE, and CATL.
Q: What certificates do you have?
A: Our systems and products comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, CE, IEC test reports, MSDS, and UN38.3.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T, Western Union, and PayPal. Standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Price terms include FOB, CFR, and CIF.
