Can the battery be delivered by sea and air?

Yes, our batteries can be delivered both by sea and by air. We have MSDS and test reports for safe transport as non-dangerous products.

How about the delivery time?

Usually about 7 days for stock products, around 20 days for half-container products, and 30 days for 20ft full container orders.

Why does the battery have different capacities at different hour rates?

The capacity is dynamic and depends on the discharge current. A lower discharge current (like the 20-hr rate) allows the battery to deliver more Ah than a high discharge current (like the 2-hr rate).

What is the shelf life of a VRLA battery?

VRLA batteries self-discharge less than 3% per month at 25°C. They should not be stored for more than 6 months without recharging. In hot climates, recharge every 3 months.

How do you control the product quality?

We adopt the ISO 9001 system, including Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for raw materials, Production Quality Control (PQC) for in-process inspection, and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) before shipping.

Can I fast charge the battery?

Fast charging is not recommended as it is harmful to the battery's long-term health and cycle life.
