Yes, our batteries can be delivered by both sea and air. We provide MSDS and test reports for safe transport as non-dangerous products.
Q2. Can I fast charge the battery?
Fast charging is not recommended as it can be harmful to the long-term health and cycle life of the battery.
Q3. What is the typical delivery time?
Usually 7 days for stock items, around 20 days for half-container orders, and 30 days for full 20ft containers.
Q4. How should VRLA batteries be maintained during storage?
VRLA batteries should not be stored for more than 6 months at 25°C without recharging. In hot climates, recharge every 3 months.
Q5. Why does the battery have different capacities at different hour rates?
Capacity is dependent on discharge current. A lower discharge rate (e.g., 20-hr) allows the battery to deliver more total Ah than a high discharge rate (e.g., 2-hr).
Q6. How is the quality of the plates and batteries controlled?
Quality is controlled via ISO 9001 systems, including Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-process (PQC), and final Outgoing Quality Control (OQC).
