Fast charging is generally not recommended as it can be harmful to the battery's long-term health and service life.
What is the shelf life of a VRLA lead carbon battery?
VRLA batteries self-discharge less than 3% per month at 25°C. They should not be stored for more than 6 months without recharging. In hot climates, recharge every 3 months.
Why does the battery have different capacities at different hour rates?
Capacity is dynamic and depends on the discharge current. A lower discharge current (e.g., 20-hr rate) allows the battery to deliver more total Amp-hours than a high discharge current.
What is the operating temperature range?
